help 3G Wont restore.

im trying to update and restore my iphone 3G and right at the end of the restore it comes up with an error message 1013. ive tried it on another computer and still get the same problem.

any help?

DFU is your friend. Or are you doing that already?

what do u mean by DFU? when i plug it in after the error it says in recovery mode. what shall i do from there?

Turn off your iPhone completely - The screen cannot be illuminated even in the background.

Plug in your iPhone at the same time with iTunes open, while holding sleep button and home button til it comes on. Then it should show up in iTunes, you can then restore.

Make sure your on the latest iTunes, that made the difference in my situation.

tried still the same error.. think i have to take it to apple.

I'd keep trying. Was it jailbroken? Apple won't fix it if it was, and that's probably one of the questions they're gonna ask you in this situation.
