Help Please? :(
My iPod will not update or restore. I have no idea why. It won't restore on iTunes, it just says "An unknown error has occured." I wish I could restore it to factory settings, but Apple just wants to put their new version on. Help please?
------------------double post merged------------------Note: It's stuck in either DFU Mode or Recovery mode, and when iTunes trys to prepare it for restore, it quits.
