Default Blackrain : "ERROR: usb open failed while sending" WHAT? WHY? HOW ?

Hello, so after trying to jailbreak my NEWEST IPOD TOUCH 3RD GEN (With the newest Boot Roms) (MC VERISON), I found out they were not jail breakable just yet because of the boot rom.

Ok, so I went ahead and replaced that with the 2nd Gen Ipod, the version MB533LL .
Everywhere I read, the MB versions should have absolutely no problems getting jailbroken.

Was I wrong !
Excited to finally jailbreak the 2G,I ran blackra1n and got stuck at the same exact step as with my previous 3G....
"Stuck on Running" on Blackra1n...

I have tried so many methods now, I lost count.

The log suggests, there is something clearly wrong with the USB thing, however, I tried switching the ports, disabling antivirus, all to no avail.

Here is the Log

what are you talking about ?
Legit download of what ?
I have downloaded blackra1n off blackra1n.com
I upgraded my firmware to 3.1.2 via iTunes.
First I downloaded it here http://www.felixbruns.de/iPod/firmware/
and then restored via "Shift click" option in iTunes.
and I am talking about the 2G IPT, not the 3G.

^ Nice, pirating firmwares and all. You might want to remove the link and read the rules.

Yes, you obviously shouldn't pirate. Why do you think "jailbreaking" leads to piracy?
