Default Hippo High Dive - One Night of Magic

At the 360iDev Conference in October, someone had a brilliant idea: why don't we all get together on the last night of the conference and each write a brand new game?

Even though Keith and I were giving the keynote at 9am the next morning, we couldn't resist. And so after a long night of magic (sleep deprivation), Hippo High Dive was born.

3 weeks later, Hippo High Dive is almost ready to swan-dive into the App Store.

Hippo is a death-defying high-diving trapeze artist extraordinaire. Help him leap off taller and taller dives, navigate through flaming rings, and land in the ridiculously tiny pool below.

Features:

- Infinite Number of Levels

- No DLC, no energy to buy - seriously, just play forever.

- Super-special, super-limited introductory price of 99 cents

- 1 high-diving hippo

Coming very soon...

Thanks guys! You are so nice. And yes, we are big fans of playing forever without ponying up more $$$. Going to go broke from Eliminate pretty soon...

We're in beta testing now, just doing some last gameplay tweaks and polish, and then hopefully we'll submit in about a week!

Don't do that, I mean, what ngmoco is doing... Is kind of the wrong way, but don't give up on DLC. I mean, I'm all for the consumer and all, but you need to be making money too. Instead of limiting the gameplay like what ngmoco is doing, add features. Something the community can get behind. Maybe something for the next game.

ngmoco isn't that bad. They're trying to make up for all the money they spent really soon cause they spent a lot of money making the game. To them, we're complaining about something we don't understand.

They just need to realise what the consumers like and still make money out of it.

They probably have some greedy ass lawyer thinking changing the shet out of all their ideas.

I think ngmoco did a brilliant job with their DLC for Eliminate and TouchPets. If we could figure out how to do that, we would, for sure. Top 10 top grossing? Yes, please

However, Hippo High Dive is a cute fun simple little game. More of a pay once and then play forever kind of game
