Hmm... I'm going to try and clean up a lot of stuff (Safari, Notes, Media Player, etc) and plan on theming a lot of other things (Calendar, Calculator, etc). Any more ideas would be helpful.

KCooper, I know the homescreen looks better with the status bar clock shifted to the right but it doesn't work as well for me and the clock is covered by the alarm badge because I have a numerical percentage beside my battery image. You can see what I mean here: http://img688.imageshack.us/img688/2145/photogt.jpg
I'm sure it's not difficult to correct, and I would do it myself, I just don't know how
PS: Other than that small bug, this is the best theme I've ever used so far! Keep it up!

It will go into /Library/Themes/
Make sure you put the "Windows98-v1.6.theme" folder there and not the folder that comes in the .rar. Meaning, you have to put the subfolder of the original .rar'ed folder into your /Library/Themes for it to work.
It had me confused when I put the whole thing into WB and nothing worked

Faster way: /Library/Themes is a shortcut to /private/var/stash/Themes.xxxxxx

Or, I suppose you could go /var/stash/Themes.xxxxxx

Anyway, there's a faster way.

you could just install it from cydia, (you'll need winterboard)
