I don't think it's possible. Coincidently i just deleted my linux partition and did some matinence on my laptop(crawling through my laptop deleting old programs and stuff that i don't know what it is. takes about 1-2 hours). I downloaded a program to try to mount my linux partition and it said it was denied privalges. I think it has something to do with the format (fat32 i think).

1. Get rid of virtualbox and install vmware server.
2. DO NOT use a partition on your main hard drive for direct access! Create a virtual disk and install Linux on that. 3. ??? 4. Profit! Side note: Linux can use many filesystems, but common ones are ext2/ext3 and reiserfs, and windows can't see any of these without third party software.
