Why should apple jailbreak an iPod? I think the Screenshots are from Dev...
But the Wifi or Egde or whatever-Icon is also changed, or?

lol, Apple got pwned.

But Apple is fully aware of the jailbreak in the App Store. Many apps explicitly state in the description that there might be problems launching it on a jailbroken device and that they are currently working to fix that.
