HOW TO GET HIGH RESOLUTION ICONS FOR THEMES
System OS Requirements:
Mac (Because this is the only system I've discovered it on)
Well anyways all credit for this goes to me unless somebody has found this (which might happen)
1) You must have the application on your computer for it to work
2) Go to your hard drive and navigate to your Applications folder
3) Find the application icon you want
4) Right click on it
5) Select show package contents
6) Navigate inside the folder to: Contents/Resources/xxx.icns (X=Application name)
7) Right click on the xxx.icns
8) Open with > Preview
9) When you open it, it will appear like a gif file but don't worry.
10) Go to File > Save As
11) A box will pop up and you can save it to any file you want.
Recommended file types:
A) jpg
B) png
Then resize your image to probably 59 x 59 pixels to fit as an application icon.
Ex:
iTunes

Note: If you look closely and i have never found this before but you can actually see that is says around the disk: Apple 2006 and some other stuff.
iPhoto
Isn't that high quality or what?
