Unless MuscleNerd says so, there will NOT be a jailbreak for 3.0 until the official firmware comes out. This will keep Apple from knowing how they apply the jailbreak. (Well, they know the flaw in the iPod Touch by now, but the firmware is different).

That's my guess.

I think what they're meaning is you can jailbreak 3.0 RIGHT now.

All you have to do is patch the firmware.
