Default SbSettings alternative?

Is there a program that will let me end processes besides Sbsettings? The reason why I dont like it is beacuse it drains my battery like Crazy

SBsettings doesn't drain the battery, it's barely using any cpu/ram

Lower your brightness/turn off wifi.

also: the iPod Touch has horrid battery life

Why does it seem that ever since I got rid of sbsettings my battery has lasted a lot longer?

Thanks for the memtool suggestion

Because you played a game for an hour (or maybe even 20-30 minutes). Maybe because you just recently updated to 3.0 and 3.0 is known to eat up a lot of battery especially during games.

Sometimes an hour seems like 10 minutes.
