Someone please help me

After getting no response from the jailbreak section I am goin to post here...

Additional info:
Ipod touch 3g
3.1.2 firmware
BlackRa1n jailbroken

So, a while back, like 2months ago, i got this source called conceitedsoftware.

Now, i recently started to play with my ipod again and started adding some sources. But when i add, a message pops up that says HTTP not found, and my Updating Source freezes(like after u add a source it goes to a black screen, thats the page im talking about)

I tried the SSH thing where you go to cydia.list or something and deleted that AND i saved the file too, but it still shows up.

Can someone please help me?

ALSO, if i have to restore, how can i backup ALL my apps at the least? because i got some games that took like 30mins EACH to download

Install Rock with blackra1n and try using that. Then get AppBackup or use Rock's built in app backuper so u can get everything back, even after a restore.

Yes so don't restore. Unless you have an 8GB 3rd gen. Then restore to 3.1.3, then downgrade to 3.1.2 using Cola's method.

...cause 3.1.3 on a 3rd Gen cant be jailbroken.

I use a progie called PkgBackup and have had no problems with it at all ...
