My new app "Drummer" (previously "iThm") is going into Beta hopefully today.
But the fantastic guys and gals who are iBand have just released a video of it in action, which I'm excited about sharing here:-

is that iAno they used in the videos ? The screenshots of Pianist looks same as iAno.Are there another tools that can be used to make good music ? Exect of pocketguitar.

They are the same thing. Moothecow changed the name of iAno to Pianist partly because "iAno" means "anus" or something in Spanish!
