I love netbook remix,did it run well or at a decent pace (when you first had it)? Right now, I have a Windows XP Home SP3 on my main desktop and Ubuntu 9.10 on my other desktop (though I do use my Ubuntu desktop more).

Yeah, remix works well.
I decided to go back to it, after going through XP, OSX, and W7. It's nice to be back.

Nice to know because my sister is probably going to get a netbook and she wanted to know if at ran at least at a decent speed. It's a nice feeling getting out of those OSes, right (since nearly most of the world is inhabited by Mac OS and Windows Users and Ubuntu is pretty cool)? I haven't been on Ubuntu since 8.04 was released and now I am all the way at 9.10, I missed Ubuntu (I just restored my desktop that's upstairs 2 days ago to Ubuntu when it used to have Windows Pro).

Ubuntu 9.10 (I would have customized it more if my dumb,old pc would have let me. The PC i use Ubuntu in has 1.7GHz;barely 970 Memory;and 40GB hard drive, but it at least it runs faster then when it had Windows XP in it)(Hate how attachments of desktop screenies are stretched and ugly). =P
