linux on the ipod???

well what do people think of the chances of getting this to work on the ipod

I can tell you it'll take a hell of a long time. And it'll have tons of bugs when it first comes out.

A full os like that would hardly even fit on an iPod touch, and it would take months and months of non-stop work to get working properly.

Its entirely possible this could happen and I really hope it does. I loved the iPodLinux project and I have always thought linux on the iPod touch would be rather epic.

It just depends whether someone wants to take on the project.
