Default adding applications to iTunes

Hi,
I hope that this is the right forum on your page, since you got so many.
I bought the 2.0 update yesterday and downloaded all the free applications, and I found some free, new developed, applications on other sides. I've downloaded the applications, but I havent found out how to add them to iTunes and then on to my touch.
I hope that someone can give me advise.
Thank you already in advance.

Drag and drop into applications on itunes, go to Summary page for device and select which ones you want to sync.

I tried to drag and drop, but I am not sure which file I am supposed to use. The app came as a zip and it contained a few files. Any specif/file format?

You're using cracked applications, I'm assuming?

3.1.3 jailbroken
uh, if the zip opens and there's a payload folder inside you can extract the .app folder inside that and ssh it into /applications

or change the extension on the .zip to .ipa (if it has a payload folder in it) and then double click that n it'll go onto itunes

edit: oh jeez this is two weeks old

What's the point of getting cracked apps when there are tonnes of free ones to choose from ??!! ...
You can get jailbreaks but don't try cracked apps.
