Oktoprep - 1.1.2 Jailbreak Method

Just letting y'all know that there are no longer any worries about jailbreaking into 1.1.2. Our friends over at Conceited Software have released Oktoprep.app, an application which will modify files unaltered by the 1.1.2 firmware, preparing your iPot to be unlocked with Touchfree after the update THROUGH ITUNES! Considering the current update completely wipes your iPot, the changes will be removed. Once in iTunes, we will have nothing to worry about. All we will have to do is install this, update, then run touchfree.

from what is currently known about it, it will do what it claims to do on ipods and iphones. It wont be known to what extent it works until the itunes updater becomes available.

I think its for the ipod touch for now hopefully theres a release for the iphone

I juz download the 1.1.2v but no idea about upgrade at all..

p.s.
the description of OktoPrep says it's for 1.1.1 phone.....any difference with iPt or juz the same?
